New Orleans, LA – September 2008 – Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of their new subsidiary company, Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT). This new company will be focused on providing highly specialized equipment, such as A/U frames, boat launch/recovery, stern gates, bow visors, swing bridges, pontoon bridges, and rubber bailer equipment (along with the associated controls.) The key aspect will be the methods utilized, which will be increasingly tech focused (i.e.: 3-D modeling, FEA analysis, 2-D design, fluid power, automation, and motion control.)

Kevin Hayes - President - Supreme Integrated Technology

Kevin Hayes, a Louisiana native, has been named President of SIT, and has the responsibility of overseeing all of Supreme’s operations and employees. Kevin has extensive experience in the fluid power and controls design industry; including building, delivering, and field-testing a broad array of systems. Prior to joining Supreme, he was the President of Huber, Inc., where he increased gross sales through a new aggressive marketing technique.
“I have focused my technical proficiencies in state-of-the-art fluid power systems and PLC control centers to provide what I think are the most efficient and effective systems in the market today” said Hayes. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Richard Neels, President and CEO of Employee Owned Holdings Inc., is also quite enthusiastic about this new subsidiary “We launched this company with the idea to enhance the customer’s original concept through the use of appropriate standards, efficient integration policies, modeling, and finite element analysis. And utilizing newer technologies allows us to provide customers a complete turnkey system, thereby decreasing the risk of interfaces and increasing the opportunity for real time success at an affordable cost” he stated.
