DMIC’s ball valves deliver broad versatility and rugged performance across service conditions — from low pressure suction lines to extreme-pressure subsea environments. Their portfolio spans low-pressure models (e.g., 600-1000 psi) through medium (3,000 psi) and high-pressure block bodies (6,000 psi), up to extreme-pressure designs (10,000-15,000 psi).

FLOW CONTROL VALVES
DMIC’s Flow Control Valves deliver precision control in fluid systems, offering options from simple one-way flow regulators to pressure-compensated high-duty models. Their series include brass, carbon-steel, and stainless-steel options — with select valves rated up to 10,000 psi for extreme-service applications.

MANIFOLDS
DMIC’s HM manifold blocks (a.k.a. bar manifolds) offer a streamlined solution for hydraulic system layout by accommodating multiple directional control valves in one compact block. They support up to six stations with standard ISO 4401 mounting patterns, allow both parallel and series circuit configurations, and offer port connections in SAE or BSPP ORB formats. Built in either ductile iron (rated up to 5,000 psi) or aluminum (rated up to 3,000 psi), they simplify plumbing, reduce leak-points and enable efficient power unit architecture.

BVLS LOW PRESSURE
The BVLS series is a cost-effective, rugged stainless steel ball-valve solution rated up to 1,000 psi WOG, available in ¼″ to 2″ sizes with NPT, SAE ORB or BSPP connections. Standard features include PTFE ball seals, low-friction spindle and O-ring design for minimal actuation effort, panel and actuation mounting provisions, fire-safe versions available, and compliance with API 6D and API 598 pressure-testing
