We excel in the design and assembly of hydraulic power units (HPUs) and test stands for a variety of industries including oil & gas, industrial, subsea, marine and aerospace. Our HPUs are designed by our experience engineering team. Movable Structures

Our Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS) are engineered for rapid deployment, optimizing operational effectiveness. We work with defense applications and have the expertise to build systems to MILSPEC, DNV and ABS standards. SIT successfully upgraded the steering systems for an aging marine fleet, replacing outdated equipment with next-generation, high-speed steering systems. SIT’s meticulous redesign and integration for the fleet’s 58 vessels ensured that each met modern performance standards, significantly reducing future maintenance costs and enhancing longevity. SIT’s CS Controls division designs and builds a comprehensive range of steering gears, including link-type, ram, Rapson slide, and low-pressure rotary vane systems, tailored to client specifications with capacities ranging from 50 to 500 kilonewton-meters. Committed to quality, our steering gears meet ABS and USCG standards and come with full lifecycle support from installation to maintenance and inspection, ensuring a complete packaged solution.
