Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT) was awarded the opportunity to provide components and systems to a leading player in a high-tech industry. What began as a Lego® model evolved into a working design. SIT provided:
A-Frame:
- Custom-designed A-Frame structure and precision-engineered cylinders
- Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) for seamless operation
- One hoisting winch for efficient lifting operations
- Two tugger winches equipped with constant tension capabilities
- Proportional Valve Groups (PVG) and stand
Launch System Components:
- Four winches, two featuring constant tension functionality
- Dual PVGs with dedicated stands for precise control over cylinders and winches
- Three translating frames crafted to hold essential components such as spools, rollers, rails, and skates
- H-frame structure ensuring stability and reliability
- Six cylinders expertly integrated to support system functionality
- Tailored modifications to the original HPU, now optimized to support the launch system
Meticulously crafted components collectively power the movable structures within the application. The A-Frame plays a pivotal role in lifting the fast boat and capsule into position while facilitating smooth retrieval operations. The hoisting winch proves invaluable in launch and recovery maneuvers, while the tugger winches offer indispensable support in stabilizing loads.
