PROJECT DETAILS
As global reliance on digital services grows, data centers have become the backbone of modern business, government, and cloud-based operations. Their performance hinges on precision cooling systems capable of managing intense thermal loads around the clock. To meet these high-performance demands, Supreme Integrated Technology (SIT), together with sister company Hydraquip, Inc., engineered a centralized single-phase cooling distribution system tailored for maximum uptime, energy efficiency, and long-term serviceability.
This turnkey cooling skid featured:
- Dual 125 HP Pump-Motor Groups, powered by Danfoss Variable Frequency Drives and Editron Motors, delivering high-efficiency flow control with built-in redundancy for uninterrupted operation.
- Heat Exchangers, designed to dissipate heat from high-density server racks and maintain optimal operating temperatures.
- Side-Stream Injection Filtration, ensuring continuous system cleanliness, reduced maintenance, and improved long-term performance.
- Flow Meters for advanced flow monitoring and real-time diagnostics, enabling predictive maintenance and operational transparency.
- High-Performance Butterfly Valves (HPBV) (8” NPS, Class 150) with electric actuators for precision control of critical flow paths.
- Manual Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves (RSBV) (12x 8” NPS, 11x 10” NPS), each with handwheel-operated gearboxes to support manual redundancy and system isolation.
Designed as a fully integrated and pre-tested unit, the cooling skid is intended for simplified installation and minimal on-site disruption. Its modular and serviceable layout allows for scalability and ease of maintenance—key for data centers that cannot afford downtime.
This project underscores SIT’s ability to deliver engineered solutions that meet the demanding standards of critical infrastructure. As data centers continue to scale to support AI, cloud computing, and real-time digital services, SIT remains a trusted partner in delivering innovative, resilient cooling and power systems for the future of digital infrastructure.
