PROJECT DETAILS

As an employee-owned company, Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) takes pride in delivering fully integrated, life-of-asset solutions — from concept through commissioning and lifecycle support — backed by a legacy of innovation, precision, and partnership excellence.

SIT is proud to announce our continued collaboration with Emerson’s Marine Team on a Semi-Submersible Production Facility, utilizing Damcos LPU Electrohydraulic Actuation Technology. This milestone of ongoing projects with the client reinforces SIT’s ongoing commitment to delivering advanced hydraulic and electrohydraulic automation solutions that perform in the world’s most demanding offshore environments.

Building on decades of partnership with Emerson as their North American Marine Partner, SIT continues to lead the industry in turnkey hull-side valve automation and control systems, combining engineering expertise, manufacturing capability, and long-term lifecycle support.

For this project, SIT and Emerson are providing a fully integrated control and automation package designed to streamline operations, enhance system reliability, and simplify future adaptability. The scope of supply encompasses a comprehensive range of systems and services, including an Integrated Ballast Control System powered by Aperio Automation Software, complete I/O and HMI cabinets, and electro-hydraulic (LPU) valve remote control solutions. Additional components include pneumatic positioning and control VRC, tank level gauging, ballast pump control and monitoring, as well as pressure and flow measurement and control systems to ensure precision across all vessel operations.

Beyond system delivery, SIT’s role extends through every phase of project execution, providing engineering and document submittals, technical interface coordination, drawing submittals, factory acceptance testing oversight, and commissioning support. With SIT’s lifecycle service model, clients also benefit from continued system support long after installation, ensuring sustained reliability and performance throughout the facility’s operational life.

By leveraging standardized design principles and decades of marine automation experience, SIT and Emerson are helping offshore operators achieve improved efficiency, reduced project risk, and optimized long-term value — setting a new benchmark for integrated control solutions in the offshore production sector.
