HOUSTON, TX – October 7, 2024 – Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (SIT) is proud to announce the promotion of Bobby Schaible to be the company’s new Vice President of Operations effective January 1, 2025. Bobby is currently serving as Vice President of Operations for SIT’s parent company, Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH).
Bobby’s career with EOH began over 16 years ago starting at Hydraquip, Inc. and working in Inside Sales. Bobby later transitioned into a purchasing role at Hydraquip and was named Purchasing Manager there in 2014. Bobby’s strong leadership and operational insight led to his promotion to Operations Manager at Hydraquip’s Houston headquarters, and later being appointed Vice President of Operations for Hydraquip, overseeing operations across all of the company’s locations. In 2023, Bobby became the Vice President of Operations at EOH, where he has diligently served over the past year.
Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Texas A&M and earned his MBA from Syracuse University in 2020, with a focus on supply chain analytics and business operations. Bobby’s commitment to improving efficiencies and streamlining processes has positively impacted the organization, including with his role in launching Hydraquip’s eCommerce platform and optimizing inventory, operations, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across all Hydraquip locations.
