Eric has been serving as Sales Director at SIT since 2021, and prior to joining SIT collected over 10 years of experience as an Account Manager at SIT’s sister company, Hydraquip, Inc.. As an indication of his talent, Eric was awarded Salesperson of the Year for all the Employee Owned Holdings, Inc. (EOH) companies three times.
Eric has made a significant and immediate impact in his time at SIT. Focused on growing system business as well as valve automation, Eric quickly established trust with the sales team to increase opportunities with SIT’s sister companies. Eric also has built and maintains an excellent reputation with clients, manufacturer partners and fellow employee-owners. For instance, in addition to his responsibility at SIT, Eric was elected by all the employee-owners to serve as the voice of employees on the Board of Directors for the parent company, EOH, for the past two years.
